Construction of 100 million KM building kicks off

Works on construction of Sarajevo Tower have started these days in Sarajevo. This is one of the tallest buildings that will change the look of the capital.

After the start of construction has been announced long time ago, BiznisInfo reporters saw that the machines finally came out these days and that the works are in progress. The buildings that are currently on the site are being demolished and land is being cleared.

Shortly after that, foundations will be built, as well as other construction works given that investors have all the permits and that there are no more obstacles.

As media reported earlier, Sarajevo Tower complex will cover about 70,000 square meters of office and residential space, and the facility will have 30 floors. This includes 3 underground floors with about 600 parking spaces, common areas.

Business premises are from the ground to the second floor and will occupy an area of ​​10,000 m2. The area intended for business premises will also include a shopping mall, a preschool, three salons, dental clinic…

Housing area will comprise more than 400 housing units, and the customers will have the ability to shape the internal layout according to their needs and the ability to choose the material for final fitting.

The media have also reported earlier that BH company ANS Drive and Kuwaiti investor Smart Invest are ready to invest in this project a staggering 100 million KM.
