The “Eco Zone Koricani-Vlasic” project, worth 4.26 billion Euros, was presented today at the RS Ministry of Trade and Tourism in Banja Luka.

This complex should include an airport, hospitals, a ski center, golf course, i.e. 15 to 20 different facilities.

After the official presentation in Banja Luka, the head of the Turkish consortium Heritage Turk, Ebru Guersan, said this was “not a one-day job”.

– Each unit will be completed within ten years. There will be plenty of employment. We will employ local people. This project will be a successful story – Guersan said today.

She added that everything would “depend on the vision,” but also that concrete tasks can not begin before completing work on land, infrastructure and so on.

She hopes that everything regarding land will be done in summer and fall and that 2019 would see first parts completed, and that this would be a sufficient argument for the local public that they are “real investors”.
