Energopetrol’s capital up by 131 million KM

The capital of Energopetrol company increased by 131 million KM after successful issuance of new shares.

Energopetrol is one of the largest gas station chains in BiH.

10,480,000 shares were issued at a price of 12.50 KM.

On February 1 2018, the FBiH Securities Commission issued a decision authorizing the increase of capital and the entry of changes in the registry of issuers, thus completing this process.

The company has so far had 5,492,922 shares with a nominal value of 12.50 KM and the capital amounted to 68.6 million KM. After recapitalization, the number of shares is 15,972,922 and the capital is 199.6 million KM.

The largest shareholder of Energopetrol before the recapitalization was the Croatian INA with 67 percent, while the FBiH Government had 22 percent, and the rest were held by small shareholders.

INA, who paid the money, increased its share to 88 percent, while the FBiH Govt's share fell to 8, and small shareholders’ to 4 percent.
