Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said today that he cannot attend the inauguration of President of “a nonexistent state”, underlining that “Kosovo does not exist as an independent state.” Nikolic told reporters in Belgrade that he didn't see invitation sent by Hashim Thaci. Regional media wrote earlier that Thaci will be sworn in as Kosovo President on April 7, and that an official invitation to attend this ceremony has been sent to Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic.

Heads of Banking agency of Republika Srpska and Republika Srpska Investment-Development Bank, Slavica Injac and Snezana Vujinic, have been arrested in Banja Luka. They are arrested this morning within police investigation into embezzlement of around 123 million KM in Bobar bank. Several other people were also arrested, some of them employees of Bobar bank. They are suspected of organized crime.
