Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic said today that he cannot attend the inauguration of President of “a nonexistent state”, underlining that “Kosovo does not exist as an independent state.” Nikolic told reporters in Belgrade that he didn't see invitation sent by Hashim Thaci. Chairman of BiH Council of Ministers Denis Zvizdic has said he cannot understand the acquittal of Vojislav Seselj. “We are surprised by the verdict. I cannot understand how someone who participated in planning everything that happened in BiH during the aggression can be acquitted. We have to see the final verdict,” Zvizdic said. Heads of Banking agency of Republika Srpska and Republika Srpska Investment-Development Bank, Slavica Injac and Snezana Vujinic, have been arrested in Banja Luka.  They are arrested this morning within police investigation into embezzlement of around 123 million KM in Bobar bank. Several other people were also arrested, some of them employees of Bobar bank. They are suspected of organized crime. The raids in Banja Luka, Bijeljina and Zvornik were carried out early this morning and dozens of police officers of state police (SIPA) and RS Ministry of Internal Affairs carried out searches.

After being acquitted over war crimes charges, Serbian ultra-nationalist Vojislav Seselj sent message to Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic. “My dear Kolinda, get ready, I’m coming in an official visit soon,” he wrote on Twitter.
