The final construction phase of the resort in Nebocaj comprises 40 000 m2 of land with 28 villas, many additional facilities like mosque, viewpoint, organic fruits and vegetables and organic products from domestic animals, outdoor and indoor activities with more than 10 km of biking and hiking trails.
