<p data-start="99" data-end="294">Imovina nekadašnjeg sarajevskog prehrambenog giganta <strong>Sarabon </strong>&#8211; nekadašnja “Zora” &#8211; konačno bi mogla dobiti novog vlasnika nakon višegodišnjih pokušaja prodaje, saznaje<strong> BiznisInfo.ba.</strong></p>
<p data-start="296" data-end="489">Kako nam je potvrđeno, danas je okončano javno nadmetanje po oglasu i pozivu objavljenom 28. aprila ove godine, a na nadmetanje se <strong>prijavio jedan ponuđač koji je ponudio iznos od 17 miliona KM.</strong></p>
<p data-start="491" data-end="688">Ponuđaču je ostavljen <strong>rok od 15 dana da izvrši uplatu</strong> sredstava na račun stečajne mase, nakon čega bi postupak prodaje mogao biti uspješno okončan, u skladu sa pravilima definisanim javnim pozivom.</p>
<p data-start="690" data-end="891">Tek nakon završetka kompletnog postupka bit će poznato da li je prodaja definitivno uspjela, kao i identitet kupca koji želi preuzeti jednu od najatraktivnijih preostalih razvojnih lokacija u Sarajevu.</p>

<p data-start="1056" data-end="1214">Na prodaju je ponuđeno zemljište u ulici Džemala Bijedića, odnosno prostor nekadašnjeg fabričkog kompleksa Sarabona, ukupne površine 23.955 kvadratnih metara. Radi se o jednoj od <strong>rijetkih velikih slobodnih parcela</strong> unutar urbanog dijela Sarajeva, zbog čega ova lokacija godinama privlači pažnju investitora.</p>
<p data-start="1216" data-end="1363">Procijenjena vrijednost zemljišta iznosila je oko 23,5 miliona KM, ali je početna cijena za posljednje javno nadmetanje spuštena na 16,9 miliona KM, odnosno gotovo 30 posto niže nego ranije. Upravo je značajno snižavanje cijene očito bilo ključno da se konačno pojavi ozbiljan kupac.</p>
<h2 data-section-id="6hd8rl" data-start="1651" data-end="1710">Kultna kompanija uz čije su proizvode odrasle generacije</h2>
<p data-start="1712" data-end="1866">Sarabon, odnosno nekadašnja Zora, decenijama je bio jedan od najpoznatijih proizvođača slatkiša i prehrambenih proizvoda u Sarajevu i Bosni i Hercegovini.</p>
<p data-start="1868" data-end="2011">Uz proizvode ove fabrike odrasle su generacije građana, a kompanija je nekada predstavljala važan dio prehrambene industrije bivše Jugoslavije.</p>

<p data-start="2013" data-end="2147">Gašenje proizvodnje i kasniji finansijski problemi doveli su do stečaja, dok je ogromni fabrički kompleks godinama ostao neiskorišten.</p>
<h2 data-section-id="5ud6o0" data-start="2149" data-end="2205">Jedna od najvrijednijih razvojnih lokacija u Sarajevu</h2>
<p data-start="2207" data-end="2319">Lokacija bivšeg Sarabona danas se smatra jednom od najvrijednijih preostalih razvojnih zona u glavnom gradu BiH. Parcela se nalazi u dijelu Sarajeva koji <strong>posljednjih godina prolazi kroz intenzivnu urbanizaciju</strong>, uz izgradnju brojnih stambenih i poslovnih objekata.</p>
<p data-start="2473" data-end="2644">U neposrednoj blizini već se realizuju veliki projekti, zbog čega se očekuje da bi i prostor nekadašnje fabrike mogao doživjeti potpunu transformaciju u narednim godinama.</p>
