										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Stečajni upravnik raspisao je novi oglas za prodaju imovina sarajevske kompanije <strong>Sarabon</strong> (nekadašnja Zora), kultnog proizvođača slatkiša.</p>
<p>Novi pokušaj prodaje zakazan je za 16. april, po istim istim uslovima i cijeni kao i prethodni put.</p>
<p>Podsjetimo da je prethodni pokušaj prodaje imovine Sarabona obavljen putem javnog nadmetanja 13. marta u Općinskom sudu u Sarajevu, ali da nije bilo kupaca. Ipak, dobar signal je da je<strong> bilo interesa potencijalnih investitora.</strong></p>
<h2>Nekadašnja fabrika Sarabon</h2>
<p>&#8211; Iako je vladao interes potencijalnih investitora za kupovinom oglašenih nekretnina, prodaja je proglašena neuspješnom s obzirom na to da nije bilo uplata depozita, odnosno sredstava osiguranja, te samim tim ni dostavljenih pisanih ponuda &#8211; rekao je za<strong> BiznisInfo.ba</strong> stečajni upravnik<strong> Jasmin Šarenkapa.</strong></p>
<p>Predmet prodaje je zemljište u ulici Džemala Bijedića, na lokaciji nekadašnjeg fabričkog kruga Sarabona, ukupne površine 23.955 kvadratnih metara. Nekretnina se prodaje kao jedinstvena cjelina, a procijenjena vrijednost iznosi 23,5 miliona KM, što je ujedno i početna cijena u postupku prodaje.</p>

<p>Riječ je o izuzetno atraktivnoj lokaciji, prije svega zbog činjenice da se radi o jednoj od rijetkih velikih slobodnih parcela unutar gradske cjeline Sarajeva.</p>
<h2>Razvoj novog dijela Sarajeva</h2>
<p>Ovaj dio grada sve više dolazi u fokus investitora, upravo zbog dostupnosti većih parcela koje su u ostatku Sarajeva postale rijetkost.</p>
<p>Prodajom zemljišta nekadašnje fabrike Sarabon otvara se mogućnost za transformaciju ovog prostora i razvoj novih sadržaja koji bi mogli značajno doprinijeti daljem urbanom i ekonomskom razvoju ovog dijela Sarajeva.</p>

<h2>Šta sada slijedi</h2>
<p>Prema njegovim riječima, u narednom periodu bit će <strong>sazvan Odbor povjerilaca</strong> na kojem će se razmatrati odluka o daljnjim  mogućnostima i eventualnom ponovnom oglašavanju prodaje.</p>
<p>Podsjetimo, predmet prodaje bilo je zemljište u ulici Džemala Bijedića, na lokaciji nekadašnjeg fabričkog kruga Sarabona, ukupne površine 23.955 kvadratnih metara. Nekretnina se prodavala kao jedinstvena cjelina, a procijenjena vrijednost iznosila je <strong>23,5 miliona KM,</strong> što je ujedno bila i početna cijena u postupku prodaje.</p>
