Prime Minister of the Tuzla Canton Bego Gutic visited Friday the production facilities of Boxmark, renowned manufacturer of textile and leather parts for auto industry in Kidriceva, Slovenia, at the invitation of director of the company, Matej Bastic.

Boxmark already has its production facilities in Lukavac, BiH, and expansion of production capacity is planned for the next period. This primarily involves the construction of a new production hall, which is only the first phase of a total investment project of around 20 million KM, which should ultimately result in the opening of around 1,000 new jobs in Tuzla Canton.

– The visit to Boxmark's production facilities in Slovenia was an opportunity to see the way and the model of work of this company, but also to see a part of what will soon be our reality. After all we have seen here, I have to express my pleasure that such a modern company, with an exceptional reputation in the field of auto industry, will be a significant part of the economy in the Tuzla Canton, said Gutic.

The Prime Minister points out that Boxmark proved to be one of the most serious business investors in the Tuzla Canton.
