The company Furniture Gavranovic from Prijedor made a major step forward on the international market. Last year, the company made a contract to equip student dormitories in Berlin and Munich, which opened the doors for new jobs in other western countries.

– For getting good jobs abroad, the most important thing is quality, but also respecting deadlines – says Pero Gavranovic, owner and director of the company.

Of course, the price is not negligible, and it is always lower than their local manufacturers. At present, there are 29 workers in this company, and three more persons will be employed next month due to increased production.

Director Gavranovic announced that production is likely to increase because negotiations are soon underway with Swiss buyers, with the belief that they will successfully respond to their demands.

It is interesting that this company started working 18 years ago as a workshop that worked for the needs of local buyers. In recent years, they have expanded the production for the demanding Austrian and German markets.
